Selectboard – Executive Session Minutes – Town Hall Annex
Present: Chair Jon Fudeman, Richard Bisk, Edith Morgan w/ TA Nina Nazarian.
Classification & Compensation Study 3:50 PM Selectboard took roll call vote in regular session and opened executive session.
Discussion on the Classification & Compensation study with Nina and Richy reporting on a meeting with Mary Aicardi of the Collins Center. Given the board’s previously discussed concern about the step scale, there was a recommendation for the Selectboard to set a policy which set out future wage increases, pending HR Counsel review. While language was created, HR Counsel did not recommend it be implemented without performance evaluations. Jon suggested that he could draw up some alternative language and share with the Selectboard.
Adjourn 4:17 PM Selectboard closed the executive session with Edith making a motion to adjourn, Richy seconded and in roll call vote they adjourned with Jon, Richy and Edith and each saying “aye.”
